"A lovely hotel very near to the bus terminal for transport to the airport. A few minutes walk from the Vaporetto boats on the grand canal giving easy access to many tourists highlights. The room we stayed in had nice views along the canals. It was a little noisy on Friday evening but the rest of our stay it was very quiet. Breakfast was nice enough but it was in the sister hotel just 4 doors from our hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful, all spoke good English and were happ to chat and tell us about the local area and how to get around the city."

"We stayed here between cruises on 2 cruise ships. This hotel is located right next to all the transportation hubs which was good for us because we transfered in by bus and out by a transfer service. So we didn't have to walk far and it was close to lot of Venice stuff where cars aren't allowed. But walked to our transportation pickup points. St Marks square is about a mile away on the other side of the island, but walkable. Or take the convenient water taxi service. The check in was weird. Our place was across the street from the main hotel which had a different name. It was easy to figure out and the staff was very friendly, they spoke english well. AC was excellent and the place was great for a Venice hotel. No good view, but we paid the economy price. Very safe and we liked our stay. I would stay again"

"The reception, bar and hospitality staff were all terrific. They were friendly, ready to help or advise at a moment’s notice. The property is beautiful! The garden is lovely. The breakfast was enormous with a huge range. The bed and pillows were very comfortable The temperature in the room was managed even though we arrived ona very cool and stormy day."
