"The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good. The latte was excellent. Excellent location near Rialto Market vaporetto stop, and an easy walk to shops, restaurants and gelato. My room was on the third floor, with no elevator, so difficult to haul baggage up 2 flights of stairs. My room was supposed to have a twin and a double bed. The double was good, but the twin was a chair bed (like a sofa bed but a twin). It was not a real bed and was uncomfortable. The bathroom was good, but the shower leaked between the glass panel and the floor. The room and the bathroom had inadequate storage space. Overall enjoyed my stay, but these few things prevented me from giving 5 stars."

"Location is great for the train station (over the bridge), only a 20 minute walk to Rialto and easy access to vaporetto transport. We had a first floor canal view room that was quiet and lovely to wake up to views of canal activity. We enjoyed afternoon and late evening drinks at the outside tables. A very enjoyable stay that made it easy to explore everything Venice has to offer."

The room was beautiful and the staff is out of this world perfect! ONE downside, the breakfast is total crap. Pass on it. By day two, I refused to eat it. Otherwise it is a PERFECT place to stay!"
