Family vacation

The house was great. Super clean and roomy. Absolutely recommend renting a golf cart, especially if you have littles, because the walk to beach is long. The community felt safe and we never felt “too close” to the neighboring houses. Aside from the water being less than ideal (and you can’t really fault the homeowners for it), the house was really great.

The community is great. The pool and beach are very nice and easy to get too. The house is very nice and comfortable.

The house was beautiful. We all really enjoyed staying there and had everything that we needed. My only suggestion for the house is maybe put in a few more serving bowls in the kitchen. There was two maintenance issues that need to be addressed at the home number one the downstairs air conditioner does not keep the downstairs cool at all Our family members that slept downstairs had to put a fan in their room because it was so hot no matter what you put the temperature at on the thermostat downstairs would stay between 74 and 78, but the upstairs people froze to death. You could put the thermostat at 75 and it would still say the temperature was between 62 and 68 so there’s some kind of issue with the air conditioning. Second thing is the electrical receptacle in the master bathroom is loose and you cannot use it because if you do it trips the breaker. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation and the house was certainly part of that.

Beautiful house by the beach in gated community

Our stay was wonderful. The house, sparkling clean when we arrived, is great, spacious, with lots of balconies, all amenities we needed, kitchen super well stocked, a pack n play if needed, small step stools in the bathrooms for kids, as well as nightlights, a beach wagon and some beach toys, an outside shower with hot and cold water, charcoal grill on the back deck. It’s a 30 seconds walk to the pool which has a great view unto the beach and the beach boardwalk starts at the pool. The beach is beautiful, the water was calm and no seaweed, pretty seashells and we found shark teeth. The community is gated and small, is very safe and we felt great having our kids ride their bikes around. The people taking care of the property are super pro and respond immediately if you need something. We will definitely be back.
