Our vacation didn't start off the best. We arrived at the condo on Christmas Eve and found out the condo didn't have any water. The water company had turned off water pressure to the area and we didn't know this until we arrived at the condo. We would have delayed our trip by two days if we had known the condo did not have water! You don't go on vacation to a condo that doesn't have water! We did not have water for 3 days and the management company only responded by text each day that it would be turned on soon. If you plan on vacationing to the area in the winter when there is a chance of freezing weather, I would call before you leave home to see if the condo has water. People in the complex were getting water out of the pool to fill toilets with water. We had to go to the store to purchase water. We didn't have water to drink with, cook with, shower, or use the bathroom with. Water is very important to have when you have a large family and you are on vacation.The management company knew the water pressure to the area had been turned off and all they had to do was call and let us know. They should pay us for the money that we had to spend on water for 3 days! They never checked in with us to see if we even got water when the water company finally did turn water back on the area. The condo itself has a great location. You get a view of the ocean and a view of the bay through the trees. The beach is beautiful, but they did just dump a mound of sand in front of the sand dunes so it may be hard for some people to access the beach. You have to walk down and back up a steep mound of sand. The condo is pet friendly and is good for people who have a pet. We did not have a pet, and you can definitely tell many pets have stayed in the condo. You can find quite a bit of pet hair in areas that the cleaning company may not get every time and there is a chair in the living room that it seems many dogs have sat on. The condo did have a well stocked kitchen which was nice. The water on the refrigerator did not work, but we had plenty of water from what we had to buy. Plenty of space and room for family of 8. We couldn't get the front door to lock or unlock with the code so we ended up using the back door most of the time. The beach chairs, toys, and refrigerator in the garage were very nice to have. The kitchen is on the top floor so having the elevator was also a huge plus. The condo itself was good, but I would not recommend the management company.
