Beautifully situated with a beach access boardwalk directly across the street, this home provides plenty of room for your family and friends to relax after a day spent in Port St. Joe's soft white sand. Enter through a screened-in porch - one of three at the house - to find a main-level living space that's open, air conditioned, and full of sunlight, bringing together the living room, the dining area, and the kitchen. It's a breezy space where you can flip pancakes on the gas range in the morning, sip a cup of coffee at the two-person island breakfast bar, and gather each evening for dinner at the six-person table and a movie on the big-screen TV. Spend your mornings walking to the beach and the nearby community swimming pool, your afternoons lingering on the front and back porches, and your evenings sleeping soundly as the day's swimsuits and towels spin in the private washer/dryer. The bedrooms are all upstairs, with each offering its own flatscreen TV and the master suite featuring a private, screened-in balcony with a pair of comfortable rocking chairs.

The pristine beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are a short walk from this home, with the closest boardwalk accessible right across the street. You'll also be able to stroll to the community pool, located just west of the WindMark Beach village green (less than half a mile north) - a lovely place to catch an outdoor movie or bring a picnic in the summer months. This is a great area for fishing and scalloping, so you can catch your own dinner or easily visit the local favorites that await in downtown Port St. Joe only four miles south.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
