Boo tiki fun

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was awesome, we all had a blast! The weather was perfect, fishing was fabulous and the fresh fish meals were great! We throughly enjoyed the pool, we had it heated and it was glorious.

Wonderful!

The check in process was a bit confusing. I was given a packet with the wrong address, and no directions. This was straightforward out within 1/2 hour, and it was worth it. Super location, beautiful beach, nice pool, overall, everything was top notch. Grill was broken, and minimal supplies, but I knew about the supplies going into the vacation. Thanks for a great week, I hope to be back!

Beautiful Paradise in the Boo Tiki

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Botiki was clean and convenient with an elevator and plenty of parking. It has balconies where we enjoyed the sea breeze. Perfect white sugar sand beach just a short walk away. It comes with access to a nature walk pier to view fish and wildlife. We will book again when we can get our group together. We loved our stay. The only negative is a power junction that partially blocks that beach access. We definitely want to stay again.

Great Family Get-away

Our family loved the house and the location is spot on. A very short walk to the beach, which was not crowded at all because the house is in a private cul-de-sac. The private pool was a big hit with the grandkids and was a perfect size. We will definitely be back in the future!

We stayed at the end of the summer season so the weather was perfect! The beach is quite really across the cul-de-sac that BooTiki is located on. It was well appointed with furniture and enough beds and bathrooms. The pool was amazing

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but there were a few things that were unexpected and, if I knew beforehand, would have impacted my choice of property when booking our stay. - The property needs new beds. - We found several bugs/roaches in the house during our stay. - There was just 1 roll of TP in the entire house when we arrived, as well as just 1 roll of paper towels and no cleaning supplies or soap.- A/C thermostat is regulated and we were going to bed at 10pm with the house temp at 79 upstairs and 75 downstairs.

Great location, nice pool, clean home with decent accommodations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Boo Tiki is a spacious 4 bedroom home in a perfect location. It’s one row away from the beach so you can still see the water and it’s just a few steps to the gulf. Short walk to the trading post and cape coffee and ice cream. The house itself was clean and spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and modern and we particularly liked the huge master shower. We really enjoyed the pool and the fenced yard for our dog. There were a few downsides to the property however. The biggest problem were the mattresses. Both mattresses in the two king rooms were awful to sleep on. Hard as a rock. My husband and I woke up everyday with sore muscles because of this and we are only in our late 30’s so not something that typically bothers us day to day. The next problem was that there were no dressers in any of the rooms. We stayed there two weeks and had to mostly live out of our suitcases. There were closets but not many hangers. We prefer to unpack our clothes when we stay places so this was an inconvenience for us but may not bother some people if they like digging through their suitcase every time they get dressed. Another thing is that while the kitchen itself is wonderful, the cookware needs to be updated badly and needs more cooking utensils. Oddly there were an abundance of baking supplies but a lack of everyday cookware. Teflon peeling pans, no matching lids, etc... Also be warned that there are A LOT of stairs. There was an elevator however which made carrying bags and groceries up and down but just be aware if you have someone with mobility issues. All that said, we had a great family vacation. We have been coming to the cape for 10 years and Coastal Joe reality is the best rental company we have encountered. They are great to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again in the future. We probably won’t stay at BooTiki again in the future though just because of the mattress and dresser situation. This property would b
