You also have your own private boardwalk to the beach making adhering to the “Leave No Trace” laws a breeze. While the beach is only a short stroll from the home, the private boardwalk allows for parking if you decide to drive. We are also located near Dune Drive for additional beach access.

There is a large enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold water and a bench for rinsing off from a day at the beach.
The large second story sun deck overlooks the courtyard and includes both beach and Bay views. This spacious and multifunctional, custom designed fenced-in courtyard includes: a large, circular, in-ground fire pit, the private pool, private hot tub, gas grill, swing, picnic table, corn hole boards, and lots of seating where you can relax and make wonderful memories.

A large screened porch on the first floor side of the home, provides another lounging/ dining area to make feeding wet and sandy beachgoers trouble free. The outdoor curtains can be opened to enjoy the Gulf breeze, or closed for added privacy.

To the rear of the house, French doors open to a custom tiled, screened-in porch with a swinging queen-size porch bed looking out over the courtyard. This porch also has a ceiling fan and outdoor curtains to provide any additional shade desired.

At the south facing side of the house, you will find the meditation garden where you can sit under the palms, listen to the waves, and rejuvenate.
Sitting on a huge lot and with no direct neighbors on three sides, Blue Moon offers privacy that precious few rentals can boast.

The first floor master bedroom includes a private full tub/shower bath, convenient access to the infrared, dry sauna, and a smart TV.

The second story includes two bedrooms and a shared full bath. The bunk room includes a full over queen and a twin over twin sleeping arrangement.. The third bedroom includes a queen size bed and a twin over twin bunk. This bedroom opens out to the spacious open sun deck.

An open floor plan includes the living room, dining room, and full kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stainless refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, both a traditional and Keurig coffee maker, blenders, mixers, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Beyond seating at the dining table, the beautiful marble countertops provide ample cooking prep space as well as additional bar seating. The half bath and the laundry room are located on the main floor, just down the hall from the kitchen.
