"Myself and my wife booked this cottage as I was competing in a mountain bike event nearby. The cottage was perfect for our needs with large modern bright rooms and ample space. The garden looked very well kept with patio doors leading onto it. The parking itself was ideal with a courtyard immediately outside, just make sure you have checked the exact location first as the last 100m or so are on a narrow gravel road which isn't the obvious way if you haven't checked it out first.I would...

"We had a lovely long weekend break in this beautiful house. The house is warm and comfortable and had everything we could need. The decor is lovely and the big dining table was great for card games as well as dining! The firepit was also a huge hit. So relaxing looking at the great views too. Would love to go back again in future"

"My friends and I had a wonderful weekend stay at Seabank. The property is homely and cosy (especially once the coal fire is up and running!) and the large kitchen areas made cooking and dining together very straightforward for our group of six. The local pub is less than 10 minutes' walk, although make sure to take a torch if you'll be returning in the dark! I would highly recommend Seabank to anyone looking for a base to explore the nearby walks and sights, or just for a quiet getaway."

Evelyn was a really friendly host when we met her but she was not at all intrusive, If you are looking for an away from it all property set in a stunning location this property is bad to beat."

The hosts provided plenty communication ahead of the booking and accomodated for our youngest guest (1 year old). The property could benefit from a few more kitchen essentials (bin bags, dish clothes etc), but this a wasn't major issue. All in all, a really nice stay."

"Absolutely perfect! We needed a property with a room and all amenities on ground floor for elder parent as well as two rooms for two friends travelling together. The cottage was perfect! It is very well equipped and comfortable. It's location is fabulous, you can't get any nearer the sea! A wonderful place to relax but also a great location for local walks or rides out. "Great spot for exploring Galloway. Hot tub overlooking the forest, and walks starting straight from the cabin. Wildlife all around. Note that it is attached to another cabin & a farm, so it's not isolated - but we did feel like we had privacy. Otherwise a washing machine could be a good addition. Dave & Becky were very helpful, we'd definitely come back!"
