  • T1 90m2, excellent terrace with private solarium, outdoor sofas, shading pergola and barbecue.

    Views to the gardens/pool in the apartment, views to the gardens/pool and to the marina, river and ocean at the terrace.

    1 bedroom with twin beds and the couch converts to a Bed with a Drawer Bed on Wheels underneath the Couch.

    Swimming pool just outside the front door and bedroom window of the apartment.
    Private shops, restaurants within the Marina and Beach only at 200 mt from apartment. Praia Da Rocha streets and shops, bars located 700 metres from this privately secured complex.

    Towels and bed linen provided. Regular maid service just including cleaning and change linens every week.

We absolutely loved our stay in Portimão! What a beautiful , big apartment for a couple! We'll furnished, had everything we needed. The location was perfect, right beside the board walk to Praia Da Rocha. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and attractions. Loved our stay! And let's not forget the lady who met us on site. She explained everything to us, was very useful, and very kind!!

The apartment was beautiful and clean. The rooftop deck was absolutely amazing. The only thing that would have made it exceptional, especially for long stays, 28 days or more, would be to have a bigger fridge and more storage space.

Huge apartment for two people including massive roof terrace, with subbed, sofa and table and chairs. Views of the sea from here. Minimart close by for essentials and the poolside cafe does great coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Great Long Term Rental

We stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks and everything except the weather was perfect. The location is great for access to the beach and the rooftop patio is wonderful. Svetlana was great!

Location, location, location

An absolutely amazing place to stay - exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, bright and well situated condo in Portimao. The upstairs patio area was a fabulous place to lounge in morning, afternoon and evening, with great vistas. The condo is a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and more.
