Clean and Comfortable

Minimalist room, but clean and comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for our 1 night stay to be close to the bus station.

Overall it was a good experience, room was quite clean and exactly as it was expected from the photos. The stuff is friendly and available for any needs. The location is right in the centre of the town. There is a shared kitchen where you can cook. Good stay for the reasonable price

I gave 5 star to this property becuase of their amazing super polite and friendly staff and their location is also prime. Their pricing is also quite reasonable considering how ridiculously expensive Algarve area is! I had some issues with my room and after shared it with staff they refunded the second night to me and I appreciate them for being supportive of guests.

The room was cheap and lovely after hostel stays for several months. I was disappointed that on my second morning I was asked my room number and told my breakfast is not included. There was no mention at check in, or my first morning. Better communication at check in for your guests would be appreciated.

I loved the helpful staff. They gave great directions and helpful restaurant information. The hot water tajes forever to get hot but it does. The roof top terrace had no chair's or tables which was a shame. The room was comfortable and clean.

Pleasant stay, shame about renovation works

Hotel was quite nice but another hotel that was being renovated whilst we stayed so a lot of the common areas were not in use. Whilst I understand hotels need to remain open to keep the cash flowing whilst renovating, I wish hotels would make this clear when booking as there were plenty of other hotels we could have chosen instead or compared the price accordingly. Sister hotel was across the road which needed to be used. Location was ok. We were just staying for a few days so it was adequate for our needs.

This is a very basic hotel, quite sparse with few facilities, the room and bathroom were clean, the decor is somewhat spartan, but functional and probably good valve for the money. There is very little car parking, some on street, but they should tell guests that there is an underground carpark just 5 minutes walk.

Great place and fabulous staff.

The beds have a plastic waterproof mattress cover on them which made me uncomfortable and sweaty. I am fine with this but there is a need to place a fabric material cover over the mattress too to prevent this. This would be a bigger problem in hotter weather. The place is in a good central location with the staff being exceptionally helpful. It is clean, safe and comfortable and I will definitely be wanting to stay there again. My stay was ideal as a sole traveller and there are some kitchen facilities which are also very useful should you need this.

Very clean and tidy. Very noisy at night from other guests. Someone tried to come in my room thinking it was there’s which was scary. Be careful booking a double room as pics suggest you get a balcony but there’s only actually 2 with balcony’s so I wasted money doing that as a solo traveller

Accueil très professionnel, prenant le temps de nous faire visiter les lieux. Insonorisation extérieur bien (fenêtre double vitrage) par contre les autres résidents dans l'hôtel ont été très bruyants et ça résonne dans les couloirs.. Problème aussi au niveau de la douche, l'eau était froide et ne chauffait pas du tout.
