The entire unit is finished with luxurious vinyl plank flooring. Both bedrooms come with queen-size beds. A sleek, modern desk provides the ideal workspace for staying productive during your vacation. A full-sized washer and dryer are included for your convenience.
It’s lower level unit with separate entrance. Upper level unit is occupied. Family friendly neighborhood, quiet hours between 10pm to 7am. No parties, events, or smoking of any kind are permitted on the property. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation, and guests will be required to leave the premises immediately. No refunds will be provided.
There is one dedicated parking space in front of the garage ( the rightmost space). Extra sidewalk parking is available. A stone stairway to the right of the house leads the way down to the concrete patio and to the entrance of the unit. NOTE: There are approximately 15 stone steps down, followed by 10 wooden steps ascending to the unit entrance.
We enjoyed staying in this spacious, welcoming space set in the hills of NW Portland. It felt very new and clean. We particularly liked the privacy and quiet it offered, especially at the end of a busy day. The parking space was great!The hosts were quite responsive, which is very helpful.Do be prepared for some stairs to reach the door of the unit but they are not steep.We definitely recommend this unit when you visit the Portland area.
