Luxury Modern Home with a View

Experience the good life in this elegant and bold modern home on Portland’s coveted Munjoy Hill. Newly constructed and designed by award winning architects and high quality and energy efficient, this house is both beautiful and comfortable to be in. All details have been carefully considered for experience and taste, including high ceilings, large windows, tasteful, chic furnishings and luxurious bathrooms. The chef's kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, and seasonal views of Casco Bay round out this unique home.

The residence is the top two floors of the building. It has an "upside down layout" with living room and kitchen on the top floor for the best light and views.

Great modern house

Great modern house in a great location. Just a block and a half from the ocean, park and a short walk to Old Port. Make sure you're comfortable with stairs, 3 flights to get to the top floor where kitchen and living room are located.

Beautiful modern house in immaculate condition. Everything was as expected. We had a great stay.

We really enjoyed staying in the Munjoy neighborhood, and would choose this house and location again. Chock full of lovely local restaurants, businesses and coffee places, right near the beautiful Eastern Promenade and easy walking distance to downtown, we had a fantastic stay.
