Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.



If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.



If you lose the key, a cost will be applied (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7 p.m. If the key is forgotten in the lock (technical intervention required) – cost to be provided upon request.



For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on utility expenses (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged to the guest.



The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to enter the property for inspection whenever requested, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
