Rooms are a little old but clean. Bed was very very comfortable and the pillows were 1,000 out of 10. Great water pressure in the shower. Staff was extremely pleasant. Plenty of parking. VERY close to shopping and the beach.

We stayed one night b/c we landed late in Boston and wanted a head start up the coast of Maine. We knew not to expect anything special for a 3 star motel/inn, but it served our purposes and was just fine for the night. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, tv worked. Now yes, it could use some reno's to update decor and showers and the continental brkft is nothing to write home about so we got food elsewhere on our way out.

Breakfast is very good. Quiet to sleep. Bed is clean. Motel is rundown sadly but for the cheap price you get, you live with it. Pool is still functional. They charged us more than what Expedia was offering so be on the look out for that kind of mistake.

Paid for a twin queen bed room and got a twin full size bed. Tv looked like someone blew their nose on it, and a10 pm the children were still running back and forth in front of the room making it hard to sleep.

Easy to locate; desk staff member was professional and personable. Room was ready prior to check-in time. Room had a musty smell and needed updates; bathroom definitely needed update - floor and walls needed cleaning; TP roll and toilet seat needed repairs. Continental breakfast was just that - very limited items to choose from.
