“The staff was great Rooms very clean”

“The property was clean and the staff very nice. The TV didn’t work. The desk clerk tried to fix it but couldn’t. The air conditioner’s fan sounded raspy most of the time. Hard to sleep with the noise it made. The pet area is very small and very overgrown with weeds. The breakfast was good and day staff very nice. The staff was receptive to resolving the issues.”

“Room had not been vacuumed. Ice machine was inoperable. Room smelled. Ice cold shower. Grandson was unable to shower due to temperature. Spoke with front desk on check out. I asked for reimbursement of some sort. I was told we should have moved to a room with warm water. We were on a scheduled roadtrip. This was not an option. DO NOT GO HERE. They have no elevator, yet want handicapped to climb stairs with luggage and an eight year old. ……

“The room was pretty clean. It was definitely an older building. The breakfast was ok. The most annoying thing was the TV didn't work. They did try fixing it but couldn't get it fixed so no tv for my stay there. It would have been nice to go to a room with a working tv. Other than that it was an OK stay.”

“Poor hygiene, no change of towels, no shower gel, not enough toilet paper (go to the front desk to ask for it), but the service attitude of the front desk is OK.”

“There's not to much unique at all about the property. The property is pretty run down. Strange people hanging out in parking lot. My room door wouldn't lock with a simple close, I had to slam it like 5 or 6 times to get it to lock. Never felt safe at night in my room with the door situation.”

“Booked 3 rooms with 2 queen size beds. All 3 rooms have musky smell. Bathrooms are missing shower gel. One room with broken window blind. One room was missing coffee maker and dirty (un-vacuumed) carpet upon checked in. Despite addressing problems to staff (who was nice and friendly), none was fixed.”

“This was the perfect place to stay with a family. My grandkids loved the variety of delicious foods for breakfast and the pool was fun and hot tub relaxing. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Would stay again and recommend to others.”

“The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. There is no elevator, and I had my 91 year old father with me. The hotel had us in a second floor room, but my dad was so tired from traveling that we asked if there was a first floor room they could change us to. The staff helped us out by moving us downstairs which was so appreciated. The room was quiet through the night. We had breakfast in the morning- same type as most hotels- cereal, yogurt, waffles, breads, meat and eggs. I would definitely……
