“Paul and Sophie were the consumate hosts. Attentive without being over bearing. The property is in first class order with everything you could need for a perfect quiet stay. The breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked to order every day. As we have family in the area, we have always struggled to find good accommodation but Lynedene ticked all the boxes!! “The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well appointed. We appreciated the generous complimentary items.
We were visiting YSP and it was very easy from Friendship Hotel. There were plenty of options for eating within walking distance. We were always able to park at the back of the hotel.

“We stay at the Travelodge in Sheffield to move my son out of Uni halls. The Travelodge was easy to get to and parking was next door.
The staff were very helpful, especially with the parking. They also informed us on breakfast, dinner and bar times and about door lock times and what to do.
The room was clean and tidy, but I didn't get the best night sleep due to the traffic noise as our room over looked the tram bridge.
Our stay included breakfast however the the hot coffee wasn't great and the……

“The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. ”
