A mon arrivée, on m'a dit de partir me chercher un autre hôtel car Expédia avait sur-booké ma chambre. Après avoir insisté, on m'a donnée une autre chambre avec un seul lit, alors que j'avais réservé 2 lits. On m'a alors dit que ma "vraie" chambre serait prête demain. Le lendemain matin, on m'a dit que ma chambre n'était pas prête car il y avait des gens dedans, qui ne voulaient pas partir mais que ce serait réglé le soir puisque la police viendrait les sortir. Eh bien non, rendu au soir, on me dit encore "ça va aller à demain". Un employé a frappé à ma porte à minuit pour dire que ma "vraie" chambre était prête, 3 jours plus tard dans un séjour de 7 jours. Ce qui a causé plusieurs inconvénients. Les attentes à l'accueil étaient toujours très longues, au moins 20 minutes à attendre après l'employé qui priorisait les appels téléphoniques.

Upon arrival there was no one at the desk, I waited for 15 minutes, had to call the hotel to get someone to come to the desk. The lobby smelled terrible, hotel is dated, breakfast area had only packaged muffins and snack bars. Coffee was empty , had to ask for coffee to be made. We were there just for an overnight, you get what you pay for!

Tv did have cable,, it worked however it didn’t display any programs . The staff I fear with is the onnnly saving grace for this hotel/motel/lodging spot. The kid was great ! We had driven from far to see a very ill family member .. anyways just wanted to watch tv and go to bed but the cable didn’t work. The staff member . He knows who he is was very nice compassionate it understanding and offered us a different room. We declined bc it was so late when we actually got in. But that’s that! Instead of bashing this place on many many things I won’t because they employ a staff member that was just very good at “customer service
