「Fantastic view from top of hill」

「Hotel room looks old. Room is very hot. I need to open the door for fresh air. Internet suck! No internet connection for my Computer and phone. Or connected but very slow even could not receiving email. The situation will become better only if they have the tourists group. If the group gone, the internet suck again. No a busy hotel! I’m the only one in my floor. When I go out the elevator, all dark. It is scary.... Poor service of the front desk! When asking more for the bill copy, they will...

「Best stay: the room was spotless, and the staff were so friendly and very helpful. Their shuttle service is the best; they work 24 hours, leaving the hotel every half hour. From the airport, just contact the hotel by WhatsApp, and the shuttle will pick you up. They have a cafe and the dining room that stay open from 6 to 11, which is very convenient. I jsut love my stay.」

「This was a lovely room for our needs. It was clean and comfortable and furnished to a good standard. We were able to go into the room early which was a great help after catching an early morning flight. The reception team were helpful both before the stay through messages and throughout the stay. 「The hotel is located at a VERY nice point to overview the bridge Luis. It´s beautiful to have the sunrise and sunset sightseeing from the hotel. Our room was in the 12th floor, the bridge is at the 14th floor level of the hotel, the room wtih river side view is preferred! The breakfast is with plenty selection of food, the cheese board, the bread and the fruit varieties are not extremely large, but already good enough to a satisfactory breakfast.
