“Cleaning needs help in the rooms and bathrooms. Room 511 hopefully is the smallest of all the rooms. You couldn’t use the chair fully with the desk and had to take turns in areas it was so tight. The staff was wrong about times for the Terrance bar and restaurant causing us to wait for that and then miss the downstairs restaurant being open so we waited a few more hours to find a place to eat. Simple mistake but that’s their job. ”

“I booked my stay a month in advance. When I arrived my room was obviously dirty. They couldn’t clean it for me nor give me another room because they were completely booked. The staff had no idea how to fix the situation. I didn’t even to get to stay there. On top of all that they double charged me. “I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp.
considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly.
Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee. They also give you 2 bottles of water in your room as well as a complimentary small……
