“Beautifully furnished immaculate home with easy beach access. Centrally located near stores and restaurants. Loved the decks and deck furniture - fun evening on the deck feeling like we were “ in the trees.” A lot of love went into this place. Lots of nice “extras”: a keurig with coffee pods, tea bags and tea kettle, books and games , beach towels to name a few. Although there is no beach view, you still feel like you are on the beach. Highly recommended!”

“Part of me wants to keep this gem a secret so it’s available any time we want to visit OBX! 100/100 definitely recommend. From check-in to checkout, everything was perfect. The listing is completely accurate-it truly felt like home (not some super fancy condo situation where you’re afraid your 4 year old is going to shatter a thousand dollar knick knack). We were simply comfortable and felt like we were walking into our own home- just planted at the beach. It was spotless- literally the cleaners……

“We had a great stay! The cottage was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The decor was cozy and welcoming, and the beds were soft and comfortable. The kids’ room was thoughtfully set up. We especially enjoyed the back porch overlooking the golf course—it was such a peaceful spot to unwind. The hot tub was a great bonus and made our stay even more relaxing. Our hosts were accommodating and kept in near-instant communication, which made everything smooth and stress-free.”

“This is a great little beach cottage, perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen and living area was a great gathering space for games and movies at night. The bedrooms provided plenty of space for us. The bathroom is a great size especially for a smaller house and the water pressure in the shower was great. The beach access right from the house is a little overgrown and therefore difficult to trek with beach chairs, bags, and such but the beach access just down the road at Eighth street is only……
