“Staff was efficient and friendly. Rooms were clean, functional and decent water pressure for rhe shower. The pools were clean and maintain. The private beach access helped a ton to prevent over crowding. We could enjoy our space without being too close to others. The outdoor shower/rinse off area was very convient after getting covered in sand at the beach. Only downsides were the soda machine was not operational and neither was the hot tub. This was not a huge deal for myself and my toddler,……

“The floors were very sandy. I just checked my credit card and I was charged $200.00 for the pet fee that I was quoted $100.00. Their dog park was full of holes and tall weeds. I asked when they were going to cut the tall weeds and 5 days later the weeds all around the hotel still hadn’t been cut. For a Marriott that place needed a lot of maintenance work inside and outside. The breakfast was okay and the clean up ladies were very nice.”

“Quaint 1930s hotel with rocking chair porches, and well-appointed rooms. I was pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem. Comes with breakfast, centrally located near beaches, shopping, and attractions. Communication was excellent, and staff was friendly and helpful. Keyless entry was smooth and uncomplicated. Definitely recommend!”

The owners were so helpful in finding things to do, places to eat, and just telling us a little history of the area. Their breakfast was amazing too, with eggs straight from the chickens they raise! Overall, we had a wonderful time.”

“Had a nice stay here during peak beach season. The only drawback to the location was the road noise, but my white noise machine took care of that. The room was very clean, my daughter spilled some bubbles on the floor and there wasn't even a suggestion of dirt when I cleaned them up! “Fantastic room! Great for couples! Fans and air-conditioning kept the room nice and cool. Shower was amazing. Everything was very clean! Cons- There are no hooks in the bathroom sink area to hang your hand towels. There was only a small square table right next to the toilet, where you could put your items and the hand towels, which was very awkward. The bed was just okay; it was sinking in the middle. “The person in the office was shot and not friendly, the room was ok but the floor was super slick like they do not ringer the disinfectant ( smell) from the floor so when wet very slick. Sheets seemed old and rough. Shower too small to bend over.”
