“We rented both The Kildare Cottage and The Carriage House, wow such wonderful properties. They were both excellent, we had everything we needed. Our Host was great, we messaged several times for some details and they responded so quickly. They were very accommodating and the homes were just great. Having these units on our vacation certainly made our stay an outstanding one. Can't say enough good things about this whole rental. Wonderful places! I would rent these again, without question. “Great location near Manteo and NC‑12 and Pet Friendly
Highlight was the staff at the front desk. They were personable and in terms of customer service they were excellent.
Stayed here recently and really appreciated the great location — close to Manteo, NC‑12, and everything you want to reach on Roanoke Island. The room was clean, the AC worked great, and it was a comfortable place to land after a long day.
The downside was the bathroom...the shower. was extremely small — not enough room to……

“Quaint 1930s hotel with rocking chair porches, and well-appointed rooms. I was pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem. Comes with breakfast, centrally located near beaches, shopping, and attractions. Communication was excellent, and staff was friendly and helpful. Keyless entry was smooth and uncomplicated. Definitely recommend!”
