ROY apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of Prague, offering breathtaking city views. This lovely apartment provides added convenience with complimentary private parking and free Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Please note that the apartment is situated on the 6th floor, and the elevator only reaches the 4th floor. After that, there are 25 stairs to climb.
The air-conditioned apartment boasts two elegantly furnished bedrooms, a cozy living area with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with modern appliances, including a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Additionally, the apartment features two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and complimentary toiletries. One of the bathrooms also includes a bathtub. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided for your convenience to enhance your comfort.
Famous attractions such as the Municipal House, the Astronomical Clock, and the Old Town Square are conveniently located within walking distance. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the apartment.
Pets are allowed only with prior consultation.
No parties allowed. Please do not disturb other residents.
Respect Czech quiet hours: keep noise down between 22:00 and 08:00.
Communication is handled through the booking platform you used.
Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition upon check-out.
Follow the provided instructions for trash disposal and using appliances.
Take care of the keys. In case of loss, contact the emergency number. Guests are responsible for key-related issues.
1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 200 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure (keyless system). All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
