Best Value for Money in Prague

Everything was just perfect. We got to the check in location to pick up the key, then when we arrived at the apartment, we were surprised to find out that everything was just perfect. Would recommend to anyone Xx

Bra lägenhet dock utan service eller förståelse

En ren lägenhet i centrala stan. Men att få betala en disposition utan att få ett kvitto på vad jag betalar för och sen inte få ett kvitto på att vi lämnat tillbaka nyckeln ( borttappad nyckel=2000kr i avgift) är verkligen inte service! Vi försökte förklara detta med tydlighet till receptionist i ett hotell 1,5 km bort och sen även till ägaren utan minsta förståelse.

Ottima posizione, arredamento deludente

Appartamento nella Città Nuova, ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi tutte le zone centrali di Praga. Servizio navetta efficiente e preciso. Personale molto disponibile. Edificio ristrutturato, ma arredamento molto scarso, vecchio e in parte rotto. Parte degli elettrodomestici non funzionanti.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Preis Leistung ist ok.

Mein Apartment war platztechnisch für eine Person sehr großzügig. Die beiden Beistellbetten die noch im Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile standen, wären allerdings nicht zum Schlafen geeignet gewesen, da komplett durchgelegen. Mir standen sie eher im Wege. Die Lage ist super zentral. Dadurch aber auch nicht gerade leise. Das Apartment ist mit Doppelfenstern (jeweils einfach verglast) ausgestattet. Im Sommer ok. Im Winter ggf. etwas frisch. Kirchenglocken muss man in dieser Gegend mögen, wenn man lange schlafen möchte. Ich würde das Apartment wieder buchen, allerdings für max 2 Personen. Einchecken erfolgt allerdings auf der anderen Moldau (Stadtseite) in einem Hotel. Hatte ich beim Buchen übersehen. Der zusätzliche angebotene Flughafentransfer hat gut funktioniert. Preis-Leistung ist ok.

Me han cobrado el depósito

Nadas más hacer el ingreso me pidieron la tarjeta para bloquearme un depósito de 200€. Después de dos semanas no solo no me lo han desbloqueado si no que me lo han cobrado.

Apartamento muy céntrico y cómodo

El apartamento se ajusta perfectamente para una familia de 4 personas. Espacio amplio. Muy céntrico (a diez minutos del puente de Praga). Ligeramente apartado del bullicio, así que muy tranquilo para descansar a la noche. Contraté el transfer para el aeropuerto con el propia empresa y funcionó de maravilla.

Huoneisto OK. mutta....

Netistä tilauksen vahvistuksen jälkeen tuli yllätyksenä huoneiston avaimen nouto eri osoitteesta. Respassa saimme avaimen ja kartan jolla löydämme perille huoneistoomme. Parin kilsan kävelyn jälkeen emme tästä karttaan merkitystä paikasta huoneistoa löytäneet. Paikallisten avustuksella selvisi, että kyseinen osoite oli ihan eri eri korttelissa mikä karttaan oli merkitty. Pimeässä on erittäin vaikeata harhailla kun kaujen nimet ja numerointi siellä on monesti hyvin epäselvät. Ilman englannin kielen osaamista etsisimme huoneistoa varmaan vieläkin. Lisäksi hotelli peri jonkun merkillisen panttirahan jonka sai maksaa korunilla tai euroina.Tätäkää ei oltu missään etukäteen ilmoitettu. 5000 korunaa on n. 200 euroa. Jos makosoi korunilla sen sai lähtöpäivän siivoojalta takaisin. Mitä tekee 5000 korunalla lähtöpäivänä? Maksoimme 200 euroa Visalla. Palautus 5 -10 vrk. kuluttua. Saavuimme kotiin eilen, eli nyt jännityksellä odotamme palautusta. Huoneisto itsessään oli ihan ok. Puutteena voi sanoa, ettei mistään löytynyt paikkaa tai ohjeistusta mihin voi laittaa roskat jotka viikon aikana tuli. (keittiöjätteet mukaan lukien). Roskapönttöjä talousjätteille yms. ei kaduilla ole. Salakuljetimme roskat iltaisin pieniin roskapönttöihin kadulle joka ei todellakaan sellaista varten ole tehty. Siivoojaa ei viikon aikana näkynyt jolta ehkä olisi saanut jotain vihjeitä asiasta.

Great location, a bit run down

I stayed here with my two daughters for 3 nights. Location wise these apartments are ideal. They could do with a little sprucing up and the sofa bed I slept on was painful. The added touch of a shower head instead of a tap in the kitchen was a bit odd... But for the price, space you get and having a kitchenette (and the location!) I'd happily stay again.

전반적으로 깨끗하고 4명이 같이 묵기에 충분한 곳이었어요 주변도 시끄럽지 않고... 다만 다른 숙박객이 복도에서 떠들면 그건 참 잘 들리더라구요^^;

The theatre 11 was very clean and nice. What was very uncomfortable was that we were NOT told Before the non refundable purchase that the check in location is a cab ride to the room. Would have never found it if we had taken the tram because there were no real directions. That is Very Bad advertising. Good thing I had a local we were visiting to get us there. So the place was nice enough even though loud late into the night but they should have disclosed the check in location. It’s hard to navigate in a new place not knowing the language

Bom, mas complicado.

Não há recepção. Se você chegar antes, precisará se deslocar a outro hotel, para buscar a chave, do outro lado da cidade, pagando ainda o trem. Não há como deixar as bagagens. Se precisar, é necessário pegar novamente o trem para atravessar a cidade e deixar no outro hotel. Eles cobram 200 euros de caução pela chave. Eu achei um absurdo total. Muita falta de respeito não haver ninguém para atendermos no hotel e esse transtorno de se deslocar a outro hotel para buscar chave e guardar Mala. Fora o preço do caução, surreal. No mais, o quarto é amplo, confortável e tem uma boaestrutura. A localização é boa, o entorno é fácil e tranquilo. A atentendente no tal hotel onde fomos buscar a chave até que era simpática. Aqui na verdade é um prédio com uns flats, mas a falta de alguém aqui para atender complica muito, principalmente em um país onde não se fala muito inglês e as pessoas não são muito solicitas com informações. Se vc chega cedo e vai guardar a mala, ela avisa que é colocar a mala dentro do quarto e sair fora. Eu achei muito surreal esse atendimento. Enfim... ainda bem que foi apenas uma noite. Não havia secador de cabelo, não havia como solicitar também porque não havia recepção. Em um frio de 0 a 5 graus, é absurdo não haver secador no quarto.

Das Apartment liegt in einem Wohngebiet, ruhig und super zentral. Ein paar Minuten zu den Straßenbahnen . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ich würde es wieder buchen.

I am not agree about taking 5000 krona deposit & hotel will back our deposit by 10 days. It makes us worry until we received our money back. Now we are in UK & Hotel is in Prague pulse currency difference rate. etc Our flight way back was 6.40 am but Gray line keep telling us that our service does not start until 5.00 am, By the time they pick up other peoples I am sure we will missed our flights. Need proper communication. We had so much hassle for pick up, we went for holiday for that reason we booked package holiday. second issue was gray line drop us only one place, we picked up key from hotel & our accommodation was 25 minutes walk. I am not impressed atoll.

Il complesso di appartamenti è perfettamente centrale e collegato benissimo con tutte le zone della città! La struttura è molto accogliente e provvista di tutte le necessità. Pulita e spaziosa! Il check-in si effettua presso un'altra struttura ma non è lontana da raggiungere! Consigliato!

the hotel was okay, just found it silly we had to go collect our keys from other side of the river, to then go back to the apartments, but the biggest disappointment was that the transfer, dropped us off and not even at the right hotel! then we had to get a taxi to get the keys which cost us £60! never using them again

注意入住位置與check in 不同，這是訂房後才會出現的訊息，check in的地址只有小小一行字，還好google map可以找到。外面街道就是傳統歐洲的石頭路，由地鐵拖行李很吃力，優點是有廚房、房間很大，但check out就無法暫放行李。
