“Beautiful property! A bit out of the way. If I returned would stay in Luz. No desk person was ever there except for check in. Always felt safe. Parking was great. The breakfast staff was wonderful and so was the breakfast. In your room there is a notice about not eating in your room as it would attract ants. “Pest control is a big problem. Too many bugs pests were there. Very unpleasant, distured.”

Room was fine but a couple of pictures and a soft chair would help. The loo seat needs replaced….. very bad. Breakfast - in……

Flecken in Bettwäsche. ”

“After checking in and receiving directions to this apartment, the staff member admitted they had never been to this rental before and couldn’t give us better or more specific instructions. It took us a while to find and once we did, we couldn’t park at the building because the lot required a parking code we didn’t receive. No problem we were only passing through for one night so we parked at the lot behind it and carried our suitcases because rolling them wasn’t possible due to the streets……
