“upon arrival the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel was located perfectly on the beach. the room was decent and the a/c took a second to figure out how to use. the only complaint would be the kitchen staff that serviced the dining area. they were not the friendless folk. we had to ask several times for items to be refilled when empty. ”
