“Clean rooms excellent staff breakfast was ok not much of hot selection though”

“We love their breakfasts, but this stay was not a good breakfast experience. We got there over a half an hour before the time for breakfast ended. But there was only one sausage left a couple of egg omelettes, no cinnamon roll rolls in the empty container, and when I tried to make a pancake, it just said pancake bag needs to be replaced, and there was also no orange juice. The attendant did come out and replace the juice when another guest was standing there waiting. I stood there waiting for……

“Location was particularly appealing because of the walking access to shopping, great restaurants and entertainment. Breakfast had something for everyone and the staff was extremely attentive. What more could you ask?”

“Everything’s pretty good except elevator didn’t work. Another guest came by and told us while we waited. She claimed she was stuck inside for 30 minutes. Staff didn’t put up signs on the door or let us know as we came in.”

“Clean room, great breakfast. Staff very nice. Pool is definitely on the smaller size and unfortunately the hot tub was full of parents with cases...yes cases, of beer and other drinks and they never left the area for other people to get in and use the hot tub.”

“This is an older hotel with many fixtures needing replacing. The bathroom mirror light needs a new fluorescent bulb or an LED upgrade. Two of the labs three did not work. 5he sink drain and trap need cleaning. How gross to have drain water back up while washing your face or brushing one's teeth.”

“Clean, convenient location, and reasonably priced. We had problems with our tv, the front desk came up to disconnect and reconnect the HDMI cables, but it lost sound several times. That was annoying. ”

“I had to kill three bugs during my stay. The toilet didn’t work. A large group of kids ran around all night banging on doors and nothing was done about it.”

“Shower had mold and the shower nozzle kept facing the wall. I wish when you make a reservation clearly for 6 people there would hear least a towel for each person and extra toilet paper. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. ”
