“We (family of four, 2 teenagers) had a great stay at Luca's appartment. Due to the Corona pandemic, we were not sure, if we really should travel. But Luca showed great flexibility and we were very happy, that we decided to go. The appartment was very spacious and perfectly cleaned. We arrived a litlle early, but Etel and Klaudia warmly welcomed us with beverages, so that we enjoyed the phantastic views, while they finished preparing the apartment. “Abbiamo passato una settimana nell'appartamento a fine dicembre. L'appartamento si trova direttamente su una bella e spaziosa spiaggia. Verso sud si può camminare per chilometri sulla spiaggia. Bel giardino con grill. Posteggio per la macchina. Al centro di Castiglione si arriva tranquillamente a piedi. Casa spaziosa e ideale per noi che viaggiavamo con 4 bambini/giovani. I locatori sono gentilissimi e perfettamente corretti. Tutto come convenuto. Posso consigliare vivamente l'appartamento.”

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und leider waren wir viel zu kurz da, um die wundervolle Umgebung ausgiebig zu erkunden.”

“Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dem sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus in einer tollen Gegend 15min von Arcidosso im Wald. Sehr ruhig gelegen mitten im Esskastanienhain. Das Haus hat eine gut ausgestattete rustikale Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und ausreichend Platz draußen und drinnen . Wir haben uns sehr wohl und zu Hause gefühlt. Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern war hervorragend und sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Man merkt, dass Marta und Marco ihr Haus und Gelände lieben……

“We had a wonderful stay at Noce cottage - it was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for our family of four. The terrace was lovely with the most spectacular views. The pool was pristine. We visited nearby towns and sampled local wine plus visited Saturnia hot springs - a worthy day trip. Only 10 min to grocery store and hospital but a world away - like being back in time. The owner was communicative and offered great suggestions. This place is very special. We would highly recommend……

“Een prachtig plekje om je lekker terug te trekken. Het huisje was keurig, voldeed aan onze verwachtingen en de gastvrouw (Bedankt Eleonora voor alle informatie en tips) was geweldig. Nee, het is geen luxe hotel, maar dat weet je als je dit boekt. In principe is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf van een week.(of langer) Als je graag kookt, raad ik aan om evt. een favoriete pan of mes mee te nemen. Voor je boodschappen kun je het beste naar Grosetto gaan, maar daar is dan ook……

“Schon zum zweiten Mal waren wir in diesem Haus, das für uns keinerlei Wünsche offen lässt - von der Größe des Hauses, der wirklich vollständigen Ausstattung und dem zwar kleinen Ort, der aber alles bietet, was man zum Toskana-Urlaub braucht: Espresso-Bars, Restaurants, eine Metzgerei und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Der Gastgeber ist für Rückfragen und bei Problemen jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. In der näheren Umgebung finden sich die Städte Grosseto und Follonica und die Küste. Die……

“Die Lage der Wohnung für Ausflüge in die schöne Umgebung ist sehr gut. Aber man muss auch immer fahren, da im Haus oder im Dorf nicht viel zu erleben ist. Die Ausstattung war okay und zweckmäßig, die Vermieterin jederzeit per Mail ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Für 2 Personen ist genug Platz, zum kochen ist es allerdings nicht gut geeignet, da es keine vernünftige Lüftung in der Küche gibt. Alle Fenster sind super mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet! Meistens hatten wir Licht an, da das vordere große……

“Super Lage oberhalb der Stadt mit einem super Ausblick aufs Meer und die Stadt. Die Wohnung war sauber, könnte allerdings modernisiert/saniert werden.”

“Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Es gibt so viele tolle Städte, Strände und die wundervolle Landschaft mit all ihren Farben und Gerüchen in der direkten Umgebung zum Haus. In 15 bis 30 Minuten kann man mit dem Auto viele wirklich lohnenswerte Ziele erreichen. Auf dem Grundstück ist so gut wie nie Zivilisationslärm zu hören. Richtig gut zum abschalten. Beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse kann man schon mal dabei zusehen, wie eine Schafherde vorbei getrieben wird. Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind……

“La nostra settimana al Talamone Camping Village, dal 16 al 23 luglio, è stata un'esperienza eccezionale! Le casette in cui abbiamo alloggiato erano accoglienti e ben attrezzate, garantendoci un soggiorno confortevole. La vista panoramica e l'atmosfera naturale ci hanno subito conquistato. L'animazione della EVENTI ANIMAZIONE, guidata dal fantastico Flavio e la sua equipe, è stata una vera sorpresa. Fin dall'inizio, ci hanno accolto con entusiasmo contagioso e attenzione. “Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Grundstück liegt etwas außerhalb der üblichen Wege, was aber genau unser Anliegen war. Ein Allradantrieb wäre zwar von Vorteil gewesen, aber mit unseren Frontradantrieb, war der Weg zum Grundstück auch gut zu bewältigen. Den Ausblick, den man nach dieser Fahrt genießen kann, ist es auf jeden Fall wert. Valentina ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, welche uns jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. “Cet hôtel est idéalement situé pour ceux comme moi qui coulait découvrir les Thermes de Saturnia. Il offre un bon standing, les prestations sont très bonnes, le petit déjeuné offre tout ce qu'il faut. Si nous avions un reproche a faire il serait sur la route d'accès qui est chaotique, en effet attention avec une voiture de sport avec des pneus tailles basses , cela risque de taper fort. sinon pour tout le reste vous pouvez venir les yeux fermés c'est un très beau hotel.
