“The room was clean and well-presented. There was no noise from the road and the staff were very friendly and helpful. . We ate in the restaurant and the food arrived hot and promptly. Would eat there again. This was the old Ramada Kenilworth - worth remembering because the sign on the roundabout still refers to it as that and it has its own exit. Excellent dual carriageway links to Coventry. If all the rooms have been renovated to the same standard as ours, the bad reviews should soon be a thing……

“Clean and silent room ”

“The staff can not be faulted they were great. The downside for me this trip was the TV did not work and they did not have a maintenance man available to fix it. The room was clean but one thing i did notice they do not have USB charging points anywhere in the room. In case the ones on your laptop are not available ”

“A bit off the beaten path but served it's purpose. First time booking premier inn on Expedia and had issues with a cancellation that Premier Inn was not wanting to correct. I have used Premier Inn a lot personally and for my business, but due to this frustration with their handling of a the cancellation request, I will be rethinking booking with them in the future.”

“It’s big hotel, a bit old, but you can see it was very nice when it was built. Room is bigger than other places, it was quite good for me to have a business trip stay, look at the price you won’t find any better. I am recommending this place for just a night short stay, this is not premium hotel, but nice.”
