“No elevator, not a place for seniors or people with physical challenges. Needs light bulb replacement, toilet with a handle that works. Entry into apartment is a tripping hazard, should be lite in some way, especially at night when people in the bedroom need to use the toilet. Area rugs slip, need nonslip padding under them. Please supply toilet paper, two small rolls is not enough and a few kitchen towels.”

“The apartment was very lovely and as pictured. The view and location is superb! Check in was straightforward. Parking is off site and there is no lift/elevator. These were not an issue for us, but this apartment could be difficult for some to access. We absolutely look forward to another stay!”

“Amazing lake view!! We couldn’t stop taking pictures! The sunset was gorgeous. The apartment lacked some basics (soap, paper towels, etc.) and we had to make our own beds with disposable sheets which was new for us, but even so I still rated it 5 stars because of the view, and the beautiful grounds with forest and a tree house to play in. Also Antoine/Tony the host was so friendly and helpful. He picked us up from a restaurant and had us follow him in our car because it’s a tricky area for……

“My husband and I had just a wonderful stay at Haven last week. Perfect location- quick walk to Center. We did not have a car, walked everywhere. Overlooks a beautiful park. We enjoyed looking out the main window at the park and watching the sunsets. Our bed was comfy. Has two bathrooms and found helpful having a walk in shower. Definitely go to the markets on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. A beautiful place. Look forward to returning. ”
