Charming and Affordable Studio in Providenciales!

Sea Grape Studio-Ideal for singles or couples who just want to relax and unwind, without breaking the bank. It is modern and comfortable, well maintained. It boasts a queen bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette, A/C (included), complimentary WiFi and cable TV. To help you relax without worry, we have included beach chairs and umbrella, along with beach towels. Mid-week cleaning is also included in the cost. This studio is approximately 320 sq. ft/30 sq. m. It is an open space, with a bathroom and kitchen. It has a small, private porch. In addition to the large appliances, there is a toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, and utensils. It comprises 1 queen bed and small living/dining space (quite cosy). It boasts an outdoor swimming pool, barbecue area as well as picnic area that are shared. If this were not enough, this property boasts a large, relaxing rooftop deck. Complimentary parking is also available. Guests are also welcome to sample the fruits from the trees, on the property.

Long Weekend Adventure

Our overall trip was an adventure to say the least. Flight delays, cancellations, and unexpected twists and turns. Our experience at the home was uneventful. Thank God!! It was quiet and relaxing. I felt safe when I ended up arriving the first night alone without my husband. Nothing too fancy. No-frills. It was a small inconvenience having to check in at the other property. Just an extra step but everyone was helpful and kind. They provided printed directions. The Lodgings were also able to accommodate us and provide shuttle services when he had a flight cancellation and had to stay an extra night. No complaints. Clean and quiet. Cutely decorated.
