A fabulous stay only blocks from the beach. Condo was clean and offered plenty of beach towels and a comfy bed. We saved a good deal of money bringing in our food and cooking meals at the condo. While breakfast is not offered, every morning from 8-9am at the pool, Ariel supplied coffee and French croissants. Would certainly stay here again!

The place was simply perfect. It’s in a great location, surrounded by many restaurants and shops, and the beach is just five minutes away. The service was very good, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. Everything was very clean, which made the experience even better. I loved it and would definitely come back.

Bedbugs all over my face and arms! Host would not help with new accommodations either!! Just stuck there if I chose to stay, which I did not. Male host at the front desk wanted to come to my room to help with excursions ( I am female). Very inappropriate! Who does that? DONT GO THERE

The size of the condo is decent. It has kitchen, washer and dryer for laundry. The host offered continental breakfast (croissants and coffee), nice addition to food we prepared in the suite. Property manager Ariel was amazing. He helped us with arranging taxi rides and booking excursion tours. The property is located close to the beach, shops and grocery.

Great location!! Minutes from the beach, restaurants and shopping. The room was cleaned and the AC on before I got there. The bed were clean and soft, and there was plenty of storage. The pool was well maintained and a perfect place to tan by the sun. It was very clean and comfortable, and I would book there again.

We loved our stay! Ariel was an amazing concierge. The breakfast pastries were so fresh and delicious. Condo was well stocked including so many beach and bath towels. And they provide voucher cards for free loungers at the beach. The property is a bit dated and the pool a bit small, but the value and location are 10/10.

Great place to stay in Grace Bay! A 5 minute walk to the beach with lounge chairs available to use and walkable to many restaurants… 15 minute walk to the local fish fry on Thursdays and also to Coco Bistro/cocovan in the other direction. Also walkable to convenient stores and a grocery store. Room was clean — not super modern but it has everything you need! Breakfast pastries and coffee available in the morning if you are looking for something light. Management was very accommodating when we were delayed flying out due to a snowstorm back home. Would definitely come back here in the future!

The grounds and the room were very clean and well kept up. The furniture was in good condition and comfortable. There were plenty of towels to shower and use at the beach. Clean room, large one bedroom with full kitchen. Beautiful balcony. We walked to Shay Coffee every morning for coffee and eggs. The Inn Has coffee and pastries. No creamer. Only powder. Rent a car and explore! It’s a great spot and about a 5 min walk to beach.

Excellent location, close to everything. We didn’t rent a car and used a taxi twice. Can walk to anywhere at this resort. Beach access is a 3 minute walk. This condo is in an excellent location to easily walk to the beach and most anywhere else you would want to go in Grace Bay. The condo was very clean and spacious with everything we needed. The grounds and pool were kept very clean as well. Ariel and Jane were the most amazing hosts! Ariel was so kind and patient answering all of our questions each morning as we met him for our delicious breakfast pastries and he was able to help with anything and everything we needed. Our car died one morning and he not only gave us a ride but also contacted the rental car company for us and had our car switched for one that worked before we returned at the end of the day. He knows so many people and was able to connect us with a friend to take us on the most memorable whale watching and snorkeling trip where we actually swam with the whales! The Inn at Grace Bay is truly a treasure in the midst of all of the high end expensive hotels surrounding it. We will definitely stay here again on future visits to TCI!
