New Build House Located on the Southern end of the Islands in a quite neighborhood with an amazing 360 view of the entire Island, also overlooking the beautiful Chalk Sound Marine National Park, from this location you would never miss a sunset.

The house consist of 2 bed room 2 1/2 bathroom and pool side Bathroom, full Kitchen Granite Counter-tops ,Living room,Dinning Room, Theater with 120" screen, WiFi, Game Console,Blue-Ray/DVD, Cable,Flat screen TV's in all Room,Washer/Dryer, outside BBQ grill, Swimming Pool with 1400 square feet of Pool deck and Gazebo, kayak available at water edge.

10 Minutes drive from the airport, 12 minutes drive to major supermarket, 20 minute drive to Worlds #1 Grace Bay Beach

Safety issues with pool raiking about to break, No trail to the one kayak, Grill is rusted out and so dirty and ignition work, All pool chairs have some kind of damage torn and dirty. Overall outside needs work. The firepit didnt have a propane and the host said he would drop over and never did. The interior of the house was awesome.. the host when we arrived showed us only the interior of the house and not the exterior pool and grill area. We found out why

Dirty and it was advertised as sleeping 5 yet upon arrival we were told in order to sleep 5 we'd have to pay extra for two more b bedrooms!

Stay away

Listing is about as far off as it could be. Multiple amenities broken (including AC and the safe), sketchy communications with owner, and overall very unkept and unclean. Upon arriving, we immediately left after seeing the property and made other accommodations (and the host was very hard to work with - getting even a partial refund, although we didn’t stay, was like pulling teeth). Do not stay here unless you absolutely have to. There are much better accommodations elsewhere on the island.

Excellent Location

Checked in during hurricane Oscar. The owner met us at the property and made us feel right at home. The view from this property is amazing. Yhis is a large house with plenty of space for larger parties. The kitch has everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked really well. We spent most of our time by the pool enjoying the weather. Location is clise enough to everything, groceries, gas, beaches. Thanjs for hosting us.

Amazing View

Overall the trip was great. We loved visiting the island and the house, pool and view were great. Ron met us with the key and information about the house which was helpful! The house was great for my family. Only suggestion would be maybe provide the wifi password in advance. Our phones didn't work initially and I had to walk to a neighbors house to borrow a phone to call to meet Ron. If we had the password I would have been able to sign in and call through wifi or message through vrbo. Also a small plastic clothes hamper would be handy. With my little I had to do laundry while there and like most island homes the washer/dryer are outside. This isn't a big deal at all but a hamper to help carry clothes back to the house would be helpful. Overall great experience!

Beautiful views

The property is lovely ! The views are to die for .. several restaurants nearby and a small grocery ! I much prefer this quieter end of the island near several beautiful beaches ! We had everything we needed for our week stay .. the property manager was very helpful and quick to respond ! He even sent a gentleman to lead us to the property as our phones weren’t working yet ! Would definitely recommend to friends and family !!

Fun in the Sun

The property was as advertised. It was a great location and Ron showed us the grocery store so we could pick up items. The house was secure and safe. We had puppies out in front of our house that we feed leftovers to, they were very skinny but super cute to watch. Any issue we had with the house, Ron came right over to explain to us. The pool was a wee bit chilly but we got our polar bear swim in each morning. A suggestion to the property owners would be to put a notebook in the property so that people can leave their favorite eateries and such. Also, it was fun to find the grocery store closer to the house which was way cheaper. Plus, the drive out to Pirates cove is well worth the treachery! We made it, slowly, with our Fiat and it was amazing! Star fish, crabs, and gorgeous views. The best place to buy beer is at the distillery, it'll save you $15-20/case.

I would highly recommend this home! Ron is amazing and very attractive. The house is very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We had such a wonderful time and the sunsets were amazing!! We would definitely rent this home again. We had 4 stray dogs that hung out with us and the neighborhood children came to visit and swim in the pool. 5 star rating all the way! Thank you Ron!
