“We had a pleasant stay overall. The couple at the front desk were wonderful and extremely helpful, and we were very impressed by them. The room was a good size, and the property itself was generally very good. The bed, however, was quite firm. On the downside, we had no reliable internet for the entire week. The signal was too weak, working for only a minute at a time before cutting out again, and this continued throughout our stay. To their credit, staff did try to fix the problem, but……

“Overall, this was a nice place to stay. The reason I docked it one star are because of things outside of the control of the hotel. The room itself was nice (though I wouldn't call it "luxury") and spacious. The bed was quite comfortable! There was a balcony which looked over a little side street. "The location is perfect and the receptionists are friendly. However, it’s a bit inconvenient to carry luggage to enter from the front automatically door and it was broken so guests needed to move the door manually with heavy luggage….. it was not an unpleasant experience for the first time of the trip in the city. Moreover, the soundproof of the rooms were not so well. I was woken up by the noises around 8am… which means my journey became a bit stressful cuz of sleep less due to the noises…..! It would be great if those problems could be improving. Thank you for ur time! "
