"This resort is spectacular, the grounds are wonderful and well maintained, the rooms are spacious with the great views. Ideally located on Lugano lake and within a 20 minute drive to Menaggio which is a great gateway to Lake Como. We don’t like going to the same location twice…We are already talking about our next trip back to Parco San Marco. If you have kids between the ages of 3-10 don’t miss on this resort. Their staff is the best we’ve ever come across. Could not figure out if it was a hiring process that was exceptional or the management…Or both…But the staff really cares and treats you like family. Special shout out to Claudio di Monopoli (Apuglia), he was single handily the best person in"

"Excellent location facing the lake, but yet away from the road Historic centre minutes away A great choice of restaurants, bars and Gelatarias nearby Easy access to ferry terminal, station and buses for Bellagio and Menazzio Staff very helpful, had forgotten my phone in The lobby and they kept it secure for me Excellent hotel all round 👍👍👍"

"An amazing view and a brilliant hotel. They gave us two connecting rooms for our family of 4 and it was a lot of room. No air conditioning which meant it was hot but they provided fans. The pizza on site was amazing for dinner that night. The drive up to it can be scary as very sharp turns and a lot of incline. Only thing that I could complain about was the breakfast as there was no options for any of us to eat. The waiter said that there was a delivery problem but it meant no croissants, no anything really apart from some old hard bread and some scrambled eggs. Was very disappointed with that."
