“we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love……

“When you walk into the property it does look okay at first. However, the clothes rack was extremely dusty so we couldn’t hang any of our clothes up, we didn’t have any soap to wash our hands which is basic hygiene so we needed to go buy our own at the shop, there was rubbish in the bin when we got there, marks all over the wall etc. As the apartment is split into 4 flats, it’s extremely noisy when people are going in and out constantly.”
