「we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. Het hotel (het hoofdgebouw) was slecht zichtbaar en niet duidelijk aangegeven, waardoor we in eerste instantie niet goed wisten waar we moesten zijn. Er is geen centrale receptie of herkenbare ontvangstbalie, wat het zoeken ter plaatse bemoeilijkte. We wisten dat we in een bijgebouw zouden verblijven, maar niet dat dit zich op een geheel andere locatie bevond. 「One of the best hotels I’ve stayed, and I said this even with my wife’s high standard. The service and cleanliness were impeccable. There isn’t a car park but the hotel concierge was willing to help us carry our luggage from nearby carpark. We liked even the vintage elevator that came with the hotel. 」
