“Villa is large and broken into several apartments. 3 with 1 bedroom, 1 with 2 bedrooms and 1 with 3 bedrooms. Main floor has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was a good layout for us since we had 15 people stay there. However, pool was not usuable until the last day due to "algae problem" and the main kitchen dishwasher wasnt functioning at all. Stairs to 2 apartments were very dark and difficult to navigate at night. Also 1 bathroom downstairs only provided cold water in the shower. Very rustic……

“This Villa has the following positive aspects:1. Great communicative owner before and during stay.2. Huge Villa with lots of common areas if people want to spread out.3. Staff making breakfast and daily cleaning was excellent4. Villa chef making dinners (xtra cost but reasonable) was wonderful easy way to have dinner with food that was good.5. A/C in bedrooms worked very well6. Good water pressure in showers unless multiple showers at one time.7. Very comfortable furniture.8. Wine……

“From arrival to departure (Sept 10-20, 2025) our stay at Villa Poggio was WONDERFUL! It's a very large villa that easily accommodated our adult group of 12. There were such spectacular views from every room and all around the grounds. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable as were the bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area worked well for us with two refrigerators being perfect for a large group. We did prepare many of our own meals. Day trips to various towns were easy from the Villa--and……

“The house was great. Very clean. It had everything we needed and anything we didn’t have, the owners quickly sorted. The location is great with many little restaurants dotted around and only 30 minutes to Florence. Would love to stay there again if the pool was warmer. ”

“We had a wonderful stay here! Beautiful home with every comfort and convenience we needed. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. Everything worked including nice cool air conditioning which is a must for us. The bathroom had plenty of space for my husband and I to share. We loved the cooking class with the talented chef and he even left us with a few things we could make ourselves so we enjoyed a romantic evening cooking dinner together. It was everything I had pictured and our favorite……

“Pros: La estancia en la casa fue muy bonita. Estaba cerca de Florencia, Siena, Sant Gimigano, etc. Viajamos toda la familia y los propietarios fueron muy acogedores. La piscina es un sitio perfecto para relajarse y bañarse después de ver la Toscana. Nuestros hijos y sobrinos jugaron porque tenían de todo. La casa muy equipada y limpia con televisión en todas las habitaciones. Los propietarios además nos ayudaron con un pequeño contratiempo que tuvimos. Nos sentimos como en casa, muchas……
