“We had an absolutely magical stay. The grounds, the villa, the proximity to Florence and surrounding towns was exceptional. Our host was extremely gracious and an excellent communicator. Well appointed rooms and super comfortable beds. We are hoping to return with friends in the next year or two. ”

“Villa is large and broken into several apartments. 3 with 1 bedroom, 1 with 2 bedrooms and 1 with 3 bedrooms. Main floor has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was a good layout for us since we had 15 people stay there. However, pool was not usuable until the last day due to "algae problem" and the main kitchen dishwasher wasnt functioning at all. Stairs to 2 apartments were very dark and difficult to navigate at night. Also 1 bathroom downstairs only provided cold water in the shower. Very rustic……

“From arrival to departure (Sept 10-20, 2025) our stay at Villa Poggio was WONDERFUL! It's a very large villa that easily accommodated our adult group of 12. There were such spectacular views from every room and all around the grounds. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable as were the bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area worked well for us with two refrigerators being perfect for a large group. We did prepare many of our own meals. Day trips to various towns were easy from the Villa--and……

“Our two weeks stay at the Villa D’Agnola far exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and very peaceful. If we did need anything at all, either the grounds keeper, the gardener, or the host were very willing to help. The location of the villa was also perfect for our needs as it was very easy to pop in and out of Florence and we made several day trips to Sienna, San Gimigano, and Montepulciano.
