「The weather didn’t permit much time in the pool (it was somewhat chilly) but when we did use the pool, it was fabulous. The house was very comfortable and basic amenities were provided. The property manager, Franco, was wonderful. He responded immediately to calls or emails and recommendations were terrific.」

「It was a spectacular location. The home was equipped with essential amenities. It was spacious, clean and welcoming. The gift basket was very much appreciated. The only catch is entering the property. I feel that there should be more clarity about that. We had a fabulous time. Again the place is spectacular. We enjoyed the fairy hunt, very whimsical.」

It is the second to last house on a private road and getting there is only for an experienced driver as it becomes very narrow and suitable only for a medium sized SUV or smaller. 」

「Stunning villa with everything we needed and superb views. Everything worked and we had all we need to include a baby. The washing line needs repair. It would have been helpful to be given advice that it is quite intimidating driving up to the villa from Bagni di Lucca, and that we should only rent a very small vehicle. The Australians and Americans in our group really struggled with the road and the access to the villa itself. 」
