「Our first room had a problem with the air conditioning and they graciously provided an alternative. We checked in with an extra guest and they accommodated us. Then the host helped our daughter find transportation to the airport. I erroneously had us checking out one day early and they were able to add an extra day for us. I cannot say enough about Gabriella and her excellent English and absolute kindness. We gave this hotel every chance to make this trip stressful but they were not having it!...

「This rental is centrally located for all the sights in Ortigia, and right next to Syracuse. The unit was as described .The view of the water is spectacular. You will want to bring paper products for the kitchen. The check-in/check-out times are not firm. Italy takes garbage separation very seriously.」
