“はじめてポーランド、クラクフにいきました。四つ星ということで探したのがこのホテルでした。部屋も清潔で、ひろくて、スタッフも親切で、朝食もうまかったです。一点だけ、冷蔵庫がまったく冷えなかったです。故障ですかね？しかし、それ以外は、ほんとうにすばらしいホテルでした。クラクフにまた必ず行くので、そのときも、このホテルに泊まりたいです。そのときもどうぞよろしくお願いします。”

“Stay here for four days. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room and property are very clean. 10 minutes walk to the famous central square. There’s convenient store at the corner of the street.”

“新的這一棟房間裝修光亮採光很好、我選擇2張單人床的感覺床很小，可能是亞洲的單人床睡慣大的了、建議還是選擇大床舒服一點、服務很好跟他們要水都會送上來房間！樓下的spa也挺不錯的有空的話可以去享受一下！游泳池是室內的不大，記得帶泳衣過來享受喔！ 早餐也可以接受，當然沒亞洲酒店這麼豐富 這房間唯一缺點便是洗澡時水會流出地面、而地面卻沒有排水孔導致洗完澡後地面宛如淹水一樣需要用很多毛巾去擦拭吸水！水會沿著浴缸邊緣流到地面，由於地板是大理石所以擔心會滑倒！不建議老人入住”

“This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in for many reasons, excellent location, beautiful hotel, great breakfast, clean & comfy suite, but most of all the staff, second to none! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a day tour booked which was cancelled at short notice, guest manager Krzysztof arranged tickets for us and saved the day. They also surprised us with a bottle of champagne on my birthday ☺ Another shout out to Konrad at the front desk for arranging……

“Excellent apt with spacious rooms and huge bathroom. Online check-in was easy and staff was available by Whatsapp and onsite. It is a10-min walking from the main train station and 10 mins walk to the old town. It is on a quite street and very safe to walk around. There is a farmer market right next and super market stores are all over the area. The big shopping mail next to the train station is 10-min walking distance. A perfect stay in Krakow. ”

“Perfect base for exploring Krakow. Safe area, safe block. Fantastic 2 floor apartment. Spacious and everything you need. 10 min walk to main square. Coffee shops nearby and small supermarket at bottom of building. Would highly recommend if visiting this country!”

“Schöne Appartments mit super Lage in einen Viertel mit Lokalkolorit, dass (noch nicht) von Touristen überlaufen ist. Trotzdem alles gut erreichbar, zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn. ”
