“Expedia does not tell you they don’t answer phone calls from foreign numbers & they have no front desk/ staff on site so only way to communicate is thru Expedia. I couldn’t get continental breakfast because Expedia blocks emails & they couldn’t send me payment link. No food or beverage available on site or within walking distance. Food delivery was lame, cash only & no utensils. Decent shower, bed & wifi”

“Generally good. Staff excellent. EV car charging excellent. Building needs some maintenance: Room entry cards failed on a regular daily basis, third of lights in room not working, seal on shower pulling off, start of black mould around bath, only full flush working on WC. Missing piece on stair hand rail. Bar furniture arms threadbare. Only provided continential breakfast which provides little variety. Note there is no lift for upper bedroom floors.”

“Absolutely loved our stay at The Creggans Inn. The hotel is in a stunning location right on the lochside with ample parking and reasonably hidden secure parking for our motorcycles. The check in was faultless and the rooms immaculate and very, very big with massive bathrooms. The food was really good with a reasonable choice, We rated highly the comprehensive breakfast with ample juice, tea and coffee, Delicious fruit salad, hearty Scottish cooked breakfast and pastries ( although not all in one……

“The hotel is located in front of the sea, the view is good, it is 10 mins drive to Helensburg downtown.”

“The property was beautiful and the men who work there were unbelievably helpful. I arrived hours before my check-in time because of my flight and only had to pay a very small fee for early check-in. The room was gorgeous and very clean. There was an informational welcome packet as well as a booklet with things to do in the area.”

“Caravan is lovely and comfortable, though can be noisy in stormy weather, though otherwise it's a quiet location. Drive is quite steep for parking. Fantastic views over Loch Long. Access drive is a single road, is quite steep in places and it can be tricky to find the caravan.”
