Traveler Beware

The people on the staff were great! The hotel food was not good... The hotel beach location was not convenient... You have to take a shuttle to the beach... My room flooded while I was out and when I came in the toilet had ruptured and there was water from the bathroom to the balcony. The security at the front gate was incompetent. The taxi service at the hotel, just simply screwed Americans out of money. The hotel is setup that you can only really use there own service, so you were basically a hostage for violation. I repeat... The food was horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disappointed.

Alone I liked the beautiful of the gardens and the order in the structure. They didn't have remote control for the televisions of any room. We were not given the lodging that we request for internet, but one but cheap. The marks of the doors were with remaining of painting of the walls. The bathtubs had holes of mold in the corners. They gave us ticket to reserve in the restaurant Miranda, but on Friday they didn't open up, on Saturday to the 7:30 am was full and on Sunday we had to leave. During the show of the children they put music of double sense (The Coffee, Bolón of Chocolate and That it will be what the Negro)(música Wants with sexual sense). The clothiers had bad scent of cockroaches. The beds sounded with alone to move. And some boxes of security didn't serve. The variety of the bufette was not of the category of a hotel 3 stars and he/she mediates as them they offer. The 18 that we were are disappointed.
