Condo Pata Salada's stunning refreshed interior featuring bricks loft style design and clean modern feel, in Alta Vista is a great way to experience Puerto Vallarta! Come take in life like a local, just a couple blocks away from the thriving heart of the world famous Romantic Zone! Eat tacos at the stand just out front of the main doors of the building, shop on Basilio Badillo down the hill, two blocks away, and the sunny beaches of Banderas Bay about 10 mins walk away!

**Pool maintenance is an important part of keeping everything clean and enjoyable. If scheduled cleaning days are skipped, it might affect the condition of the pool during your stay or for future guests.
We would like to inform you that, in order to maintain our pool in the best condition, our maintenance team performs a thorough cleaning every Monday, Wednesady and Friday. This process takes a maximum of one hour, so you will be able to enjoy the pool later the same day once the cleaning is complete.
You're welcome to decline a cleaning if you prefer just let us know. However, please note that if the pool needs extra attention after checkout, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

Awesome experience

6 fun days. The communication was amazing. U it was impeccable, furnished beautifully and fully equipped with everything you could need to enjoy your stay. The listing advertised a king size bed but it was a double bed, regardless, very comfortable and will definitely stay here again
