「Satisfied with room cleanliness & genrral condition. But found bed sheet with old strains remained. If possible provide disposable slippers instead.」

「Everything is brand new so there were no problems. The room and its bathroom are very clean. But if I decide to stay there again, I will request for a room that is not facing the main road as it gets noisy at night, could not sleep well at night with the cars noises. Another complaint is one of the staff at the front desk was not that friendly, did not greet properly, I don't remember his name but he should treat his visitors equally regardless our races or our religious beliefs.」

「Was a really good location for a 1 night stay with a shopping mall just downstairs, it doesn't get more convenient than that. Selection at breakfast buffet was pretty good too, don't forget to try the ayam masak! So yummy! 」

「Because I checked in very late, and they arranged a room at the end of corridor, and I wanted to change the room, but the staff said it was fully booked and it's the last room available. But I asked for another staff for help, he did change room for me. That means the previous staff didn't check for me and just didn't do more... Air conditioner is not enough, and carpet is very dirty. Will not go back this hotel again.」

「Good location at adjacent to IOI Kulai. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful during our short stay! One of the best budget hotels if you are visiting Kulai area.」
