“Tile floors dusty, dirty, grass, food crumbs. Ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms had 1/4 inch grime and dust. 2 bedrooms had substandard windows coverings. Front and back yards were unkempt. Furnishing inadequate for sleeping 6 - dining table small, seats only 4. Inadequate eating utensils - 5 forks, no coffee pot, no mugs. Stark furnishings, couch, 1 chair in large living area. Not homey or inviting. ”

“The carriage House’s charm was its authenticity. The hostess goes out of her way to make sure you have the basics-enough blankets, clean towels and sheets, kitchen supplies—etc. twice she visited my husband and I to make sure all was okay and she brought us a basket of snacks. It was nice to have a bathroom upstairs and down, also a washer and dryer. The courtyard is pretty and creative. Our hostess was very dog friendly. There were dog dishes there for my two. My husband and I are seniors. The……

“We loved our stay at the cozy cottage. It has a big fenced in backyard & all of the comforts of home. It was so comfortable & very convenient. It’s a great spot for small families!! My son really appreciated the Roku TV. Our host was very responsive & helpful. We would definitely return & stay here again in the future. Arkansas had so much to see & do, we can’t wait to come back!! ”
