"Staff is very friendly and smiles a lot. Room was spotless. Wifi was surprisingly weak and didn’t always connect—maybe too many people were connected? Breakfast buffet was expansive and delicious. Sunday was rather busy, but Monday was quieter. Pool is big and fun, but a magnet for families with children."

"All the staff were very nice and helpful with info, carrying luggage, and making sure I had everything I needed. Room was clean but it didn’t have a nice smell upon walking in. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and I love the extended hours they have for it. I was able to eat before having to leave @4:30am to catch my train. Airport shuttle was also nice and convenient. Spa was decent but good for the price, I definitely had a good night sleep after."

"Langham Jakarta is amazing from the moment you step through the door. Elegant setting and decor that are only outshined by the incredibly helpful and knowlegeable staff who never missed an opportunity to make me feel welcome. The facilities in the hotel include a choice of 2 pools (inside and out), a beautiful spa, superior dining choices and a great gym. In addition, the hotel and neighborhood are incredibly safe due to security staff of the hotel and nearby financial district security presence. I will not hesitate to return to the Langham on any visit to this marvelous city."

"The staff were really nice and friendly polite and helpful. Especially NATA KURNIA and TABRONI who cleaned my room most days. The breakfast was really good with the range of things and you could adjust the order. I like a three egg omelette. The biggest disappointment was the dining room restaurant at night. Very limited menu and consequently very few people went there. This could do with a major improvement."
