“This was an extremely disappointing experience during this stay. We had booked for 1 family room with 3 queen beds at Sea Lion Homestay. During check in, I was told that there was a lady with the same name had check in my room. We were astonished at the hotel front desk allowed a check-in without verifying the reservation. Later, the management said due to a group of Malay peoples which booked the homestay too do not want others to be in the homestay. So, we have been arranged to stay at Sea……

“Upon arrival in the afternoon at the Pulau Ketam Inn to check-in (booked 2 rooms and prepaid for 2 nights stay) was surprised to find there was no reception and nobody around though the entrance was open. The whole place was sort of abandoned, dusty, and with no maintenance. Had to ask a local person what happened and was told to check with another hotel nearby (Sea Lion Hotel) for advice. They advised that the Inn was no longer in full operation. Luckily, Sealion Lion hotel had available rooms.……

“非常棒的飯店，乾淨整潔，旁邊還有遊樂園和購物商場，吃的東西非常多”

“The Hotel charged me an additional 5 M Ringit per night saying the it was additional state taxes I felt this was UNETHICAL since the rates include ALL LOCAL TAXES other the authorised Taxes By right I should be refunded the total amount of 10 M Ringitt charged Except for the Front Office Manager who was very nice to me when I protested against unfair charge and did his best to salvage The initial charge quoted by the front office staff was but was brought down by him substantially saying……

“大致ok，唯浴室設備過於簡陋，不算很干淨，但可接受”

“This hotel is very good. Rooms are clean and nice and staff are pleasant and helpful. It is located very close to Indian restaurants and shops. One downside is the lack of an intercom. It is not possible to contact reception from the room. Another downside is that the AC in the lobby/reception is quite weak. Another issue in reception is that the staff sit under some very powerful lights which generate so much heat that it's impossible to stand next to the desk to talk to them. I can't imagine……

“住了多次了、房間整潔”

“the room is very very basic, where there is no hair dryer at the room, but u need to request from the reception. no shower cup provided. if you just only need to a simple stay, then i really recommend this hotel. this hotel give me such like own house. comfortable environment. the sound insulation is too bad.”

“Concord Hotel的服務態度真的不錯，特別是最後一天受到門房的照顧，讓我順利移動到下一站。整個飯店雖然裝潢較老舊，但仍有一定的清潔，附近的生活機能也算不錯，如果需要住宿在藍色清真寺附近，這裡是不錯的選擇，早餐也有一定的表現。”

“スタッフサービスがとても良かった。 笑顔で気持ちの良い対抗だった。 ドライヤーはあるがアメニティは無い。 コンセントも全て通電するので”

“On entering the hotel I was told to wait… even though I was the only one there…whilst the old guy behind the glass sloooooowly counted some cash and put it in envelopes. I stood there for 20 minutes whilst he did this! Eventually the lady next to him stepped in and helped me out. I’ve never had a situation where I was made to feel like I was not wanted at a hotel - VERY poor service. The room itself was in a bad way. Mould and hair around the basin, broken toilet seat and everything just……

“Hotel was not accepting the booking made under Expedia and rejected my check-in on the spot quoting that I did not paid the full amount when I did. Hotel was asking for extra Cash upon check-in or else i will not get the room. Called to OYO for help but service attitude was rude & bad. Only know how to push the matter back and forth to Expedia and OYO Finance team! Payment settlement matters should be the problem between Hotel & Expedia but ended up staying guest have to bare for the……
