"The property was large, had multiple rooms with adjoining bathrooms, amazing heated pool, pool towels provided, great fire pit and small game room for the kids. Beds are firms (I prefer softer but they were all clean and freshly made)."

"We arrived at midnight after being up 17-18 hours to find a wonderfully inviting, well kept, welcoming home. Every detail to make one’s stay the optimum experience was done. The home has a relaxing setting and provides a beautiful pool, hot tub, pickleball court and many comfortable chairs to enjoy the views.The beds and indoor furniture is so cozy. The hostess responds promptly for any questions about the house and also is willing to give excellent suggestions for delicious restaurants.A thoroughly wonderful home!!!"

"This is a hidden gem!! To be honest, I wasn’t expecting to give King’s Bay Lodge 5 stars, based on its great price, but my husband and I were quite impressed! The units are newly renovated, the furniture (leather recliners and couch) was gorgeous, and the bed was super comfortable! It had everything we needed for our 2-night stay. "

"This was an overnight stay to visit the Crystal River and swim with manatees. The motel was good with a swimming pool. The refrigerator was a bar frige but ice was available. Big room, but dated. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall when I touched it"

From the immaculate three bedroom home to the screened in heated pool, video games in the garage, the bicycles, the gas fire pit, the gas grill,the tiki bar and the docks on the river. There’s absolutely something for everyone. We travel the world and this property is one of the very best that we have stayed in. Chris was easy to work with and very easy to communicate with. The location of the property is absolutely perfect.we hope to stay here again."
