“Accommodations were cute and comfortable. The location was SPECTACULAR (1 min walk across the street to the beach). Beautiful sunrise and beach. The street sign locating the property was difficult to see in the evening, I would recommend adding another with an arrow. I think the neighbors up front may appreciate as well.”

“Our family of 7 adults were a bit cramped and sharing 1 bathroom was a challenge, but this is a great location - across the street from the beach, 5 minutes from Laie and the Polynesian Culture Center, close to the North Shore. Tons of beach gear to borrow - we were sorry that our few days there were rainy and windy. Still, way better than staying in Honolulu.”

“This property is perfect for families. There is plenty of room for everyone, a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, an accessible washer/dryer and tons of beach gear to use. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. While the beach across the street isn’t for public use- there are dozens along the shore a short walk/drive away. There is SO much to do in this area. There is some construction just outside but it didn’t hinder our stay at all. The window air units muffled any noise from outside……

“My family (with two kids) stayed 4 nights and found that it was the perfect location with a great family atmosphere. We enjoyed the our mornings on the beach and even saw saw turtles and a seal, and found the location was perfect for our day trips and we drove to all points of the island. The had a couple of meals from the food trucks that was a short walk down the road.”

“The property was superb. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Quiet, tranquil location, near all the nice beaches. Grocery store was only 5 min away. Shark’s cove, Three Tables, and Waimea Bay, all right there also. Very easy check in and out. Owner very friendly and honest. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to skip all of the commercialized, touristy stuff, and stay at a location away from noise and crowds, as if you were in paradise (oh yeah, you are in paradise). I would stay here……

“My wife and I loved our stay in this pretty new, we’ll maintained unit. This was a great location as we combined visiting nearby family and vacation activities. This is a friendly neighborhood, a very short walk down the hill to Kailua Beach and park. The view from the rooftop deck where we enjoyed many happy hours and morning coffees is inspiring with the Ocean on one side and mountains on the other. Diana, the property manager, was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had.……

“The place was small but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was air condition which was great. The hosts were friendly and very easy to reach if needed. The place was in a good location. Not far from some good beaches and the polynesian cultural center and lots of good affordable places to eat near by Brenda Lee and Dave”

“This rental was just ok. It was very close to the beach but had absolutely no views. The rental was cheaply furnished. We didn't spend a lot of time there, really just slept there. A/C worked fine in the bedroom but the living area was warm. The shower was good with plenty of pressure and hot water. It had a washer and dryer which allowed us to wash clothes. It worked for us as a fairly inexpensive place to sleep and bathe just a very short walk (maybe 150 feet) from the beach.”

“Great property and amazing host. My wife and I stayed for a week and had nothing but great hospitality. The beach is very close and the walk is very short to the ocean. Everything was very clean and the AC worked great. Very laid back area, you can’t beat staying on the North Shore! Thanks Nick and Wayne! We would definitely stay again!”
