「The rooms were clean and beautiful, the design was very Zen and comfortable, everything we needed was there and the staff were ready to help at a moments notice, the food was incredible, with so many options, and service so fast, the beach and sand was awesome although we were there in the seaweed season, the heated plunge pool in our balcony was wonderful, and the location was perfect」

「If possible, they could add a TV and improve the cleanliness. For guests staying longer, I would also recommend providing essentials such as toothpaste and toothbrushes, as well as offering more discounts on food and drinks for long-term stays to improve the overall guest experience.」

「Sana is paradise! Not only is the hotel pristine and gorgeous to look at, the service was fantastic too. We had a late check in due to travel times and the staff had placed our pre-ordered dinner in our room, warm and ready for us to eat. 「The staff were some of the the most helpful and friendly people I have ever dealt with when traveling. This says a lot as I travel half the year. The food and drinks at the restaurants was wonderful. The one thing I will point out is that the hotel owners need to work on updating broken patio furniture and the hotel as a whole.
