"Rafael, our butler at Family Select, was absolutely exceptional and one of the highlights of our stay. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive to every detail. No request was ever too much trouble, and he always responded quickly with professionalism and kindness. Rafael went above and beyond to ensure our family had a wonderful vacation. He assisted with reservations, answered our questions promptly, checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well, and was always available when we needed him. His dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in everything he did. What truly stood out was how accommodating and proactive he was. He anticipated our needs, followed through on every request, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. His warm personality and outstanding service made a lasting impression on our family. Rafael is a tremendous asset to Family Select and Grand Palladium.
